I have been set an assignment about different water sports, I chose wakeboarding as it is different and not on the list required, and I found this source of information very useful. Unfortunately, I don’t live in Australia or anywhere like that, so the chances of me ever doing wakeboarding are slim, but it would get a ten star rating from me!

Good article, but the sizing chart is a bit off. Different boards have different widths, so some shorter sizes can actually have more surface area (in square inches) than some of the bigger sizes. It’s wise to look at a brochure for a specific company and speak with a local sales assocaite for the proper sizing.

Nice! Great article, history being learned here. Wakeboarding is the best sport ever invented! It’s considered to be extreme though, so better have all the basic learned before heading out.
